    You know the brand and that you will use them.  These files were made prior to 1975 in Philadelphia.
    This is a triangular file that can be used for anything.  This file was mainly exported to other countries for sharpening cutting tools including machetes.  Their reason is you get three filing sides with the file.  Typically used to sharpen saws.
